Today I want to share with you some Feel Good Thoughts around peace and tranquility.
Just like the waves of the ocean our thoughts come and they go, they flow in and they flow out. To feel a sense of inner peace it is important to take some time out each day to slow down the body and mind and seek moments of solitude.
For me I seek these moments of stillness through my meditation practice and seek peace through yoga practice. For each person it is different, for some it may be going for a walk in silence and being amongst nature, whatever moments of stillness, peace and tranquility you choose, taking moments of stillness each day assists with decreasing stress and provides a space for inner peace and clarity.
